Shipping Policy

Processing Times

 

All orders are handmade in small batches. Please allow 1 week for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons, new product launches, or sales events, processing times may extend slightly. If delays occur, we’ll communicate promptly. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates. Typical delivery windows:

 

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days 

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days 

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. 

 

Warm Weather Shipping (For Heat‑Sensitive Products)

 

Some items—such as lotion bars, lotion sticks, and certain candles—may soften or melt in high temperatures. To help protect your products:- Orders may be shipped with insulation or cold packs when necessary. 

 

We recommend retrieving packages promptly from mailboxes or porches. All The Things LLC is not responsible for melting due to heat exposure after delivery. Incorrect or

 

Incomplete Addresses 

 

Please double‑check your shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

 

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely. If your package is:- Lost or significantly delayed: Please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist with documentation or follow‑up. 

 

Damaged in transit

 

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue. 

 

Local Pickup

 

If you are located in Raymore, MO or surrounding areas, you may be able to pick up your items. Please reach out to Brandy Adams at allthethingsac@yahoo.com to schedule your pick-up. 

 

International Shipping At this time, All The Things LLC ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
