Thank you for shopping with All The Things LLC. Every item we make is crafted in small batches with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
•Unused and in original condition
•In original packaging
•Returned with proof of purchase
•Because our products are handmade and often heat‑sensitive, we cannot accept returns on:
•Used items
•Custom or personalized products
•Sale or clearance items
•Items damaged after delivery due to heat, improper storage, or mishandling
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
•Your order number
•A description of the issue
•Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier delays, mishandling, or heat exposure after delivery.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. If you’d like a different scent or product, please place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
